Côte d’Ivoire : Ecole Multinationale Supérieure des Postes (EMSP) d’Abidjan
Ce vendredi 22 janvier 2021, l’Ecole Multinationale Supérieure des Postes (EMSP) d’Abidjan a reçu la visite des deux faîtières de l’écosystème du numérique en Côte d’Ivoire, en l’occurrence l’Union Nationale des Entreprises de Télécommunications (UNETEL) et le Groupement des Opérateurs des Technologies de l’Information et de la Communication de (GOTIC) de Côte d’Ivoire.
La première regroupe l’ensemble des opérateurs de réseaux du secteur des télécommunications et la seconde les entreprises de celui de l’informatique (hardware et software).
Les deux délégations étaient conduites respectivement par Mme Gertrude Koné pour le compte de l’UNETEL (la Directrice Exécutive) et Patrick Brou pour le GOTIC (le Vice-Président).
Cette rencontre qui avait pour but la présentation de l’Institution, afin de mieux la faire connaître, a permis de dégager de belles perspectives de partenariat avec les visiteurs du jour.
Elle a débuté à 10 h 30 par l’accueil des participants, suivi d’un échange d’amabilités dans le bureau du DG, avant la présentation de l’EMSP dans la salle de réunion de l’école.
Après une brève introduction faite par Vincent MOBIOT, Consultant en charge de la Communication Externe à l’EMSP sur l’objet de la rencontre, Michel TOURE, le DG de l’Institution, dans son intervention, a présenté un panorama de l’école cinquantenaire, développant ainsi tous les aspects liés à l’expertise, la formation, et à l’appui logistique. Le tout soutenu de diapositives pour corroborer ses propos.
A sa suite, Lucas YAO, chef de projet DTC, s’est penché sur le volet DTC (Digital Transformation Center) de l’UIT qui a sélectionné l’EMSP en 2020 pour faire partie d’un vaste programme de formations afin de réduire la fracture numérique dans les 10 pays choisis à cet effet.
Il a ensuite présenté les opportunités liées à l’érection récente de l’EMSP en Academy CISCO.
Prenant bonne note, les représentants des faîtières ont donné des avis et des conseils contributifs, inhérents au sujet. Ils ont participé pleinement au débat et, par ailleurs, ont annoncé des possibilités d’entrevoir des partenariats avec l’EMSP.
